What are flakers? Same as "Deadbeat" buyers.
A deadbeat is someone who doesn't pay the money they owe, or, they have abandoned their responsibility of paying what they owe.
They are often good at avoiding the people they owe money to.
i.e. unable especially mentally or financially to bear responsibility or have failed to tend to their obligation.
